many individuals desire positive change in order to experience a more fulfilling and
balanced life.
Although the program spans six weeks, participants who actively engage in the process —
both during sessions and through assigned work outside of group — can begin laying the
foundation for lasting transformation. The program is designed to foster deep introspection
and initiate sustainable behavioral change.
The 6 Week Makeover addresses the whole person — thoughts, intellect, body, spirit, and
heart. Each session focuses on one of these core areas within the context of the weekly
