An Introspective Guide to Change

6 Week Makeover is a structured six-week group program designed for individuals seeking meaningful change and renewed direction in their lives. Whether the challenge involves substance misuse, overeating, difficulty with money management, or patterns of unhealthy relationships, many individuals desire positive change in order to experience a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Although the program spans six weeks, participants who actively engage in the process—both during sessions and through assigned work outside of group—can begin laying the foundation for lasting transformation. The program is designed to foster deep introspection and initiate sustainable behavioral change.

The 6 Week Makeover addresses the whole person—thoughts, intellect, body, spirit, and heart. Each session focuses on one of these core areas within the context of the weekly lesson, integrating reflection, guided discussion, and structured worksheets to support insight and personal accountability.

The final 30 minutes of each session are dedicated to self-care and self-love practices. Groups conclude with a guided meditation followed by a gentle standing yoga pose to promote grounding, relaxation, and mind-body awareness.
